# What is net APY?

Net APY is an important reference for users to understand the P\&L of the current assets and loans.

Net APY = \[∑ (Value of Supplied Token × Supply APY) - ∑ (Value of Borrowed Token × Borrow APY) ] ÷ Value of Total Supply
