# How to supply tokens?

1.Find the token you wish to supply in Markets , then click "Supply".

2.If it is your first time supplying a TRC20 token, you need to approve first.

3.Please click on the "Accept" button in the TronLink Request Signature pop-up window to confirm approval.

4.After successful approval, you can enter the number of tokens you wish to supply and click on "Supply".

5.Please click on the "Accept" button in the TronLink Request Signature pop-up window to confirm your supply.

6.After confirmation, you will be notified that the transaction has been sent. You can go to My Supply to view the details.
